It’s Tuesday and I can’t wait…

…for my first attempt ever at cooking lasagne!

That’s right, I have never cooked lasagne in my life. So with my parents away for 2 weeks and being responsible for feeding myself and my brother, I have decided to try my hand at it. Going basic, cooking a bolognaise first and then going from the back of the packet of the San Remo lasagne sheets I bought. Wish me luck!

I used to think lasagne was hard – until I made it. It is certainly worth the effort. I LOVE lasagne.

No bechamel sauce = fail
