Beef & Red Wine Pie

We had a family dinner last night – Anne, Mum & Dad plus Adam.

Good Tasmanian wine, got to show the family our photos and I cooked up a storm!

On the menu:

  • Beef and red wine pies
  • Baked potatoes and carrots
  • Steamed peas
  • Apple turnovers with custard
  • 2008 Velo & Devil’s Corner Pinot Noir (from our Tas trip)

These took a bit of time, but were well worth it and very well received 😀
